Terry O. Pratt, 61, Tipton, passed away Sunday, Aug. 12, 2018 at 7:50 p.m. at IU Tipton Hospital. He was born July 9, 1957, in Peru to the late Edward and Jewel (Berry) Pratt. He married Teresa (Wallace) Pratt Sept. 2, 1978, in Peru, and she survives.
Terry retired from Chrysler in 2007 after 30 years as a machine operator. He was a member of the UAW 685. Terry served in the United States Air Force and was discharged in 1976. Terry enjoyed wood-working, camping, gardening, and building computers. He was also a great cook. Terry loved his family very much.
Survivors include his loving wife of 39 years, Teresa; two daughters, Amanda (Phil Henn) Pratt, and Andrea (Fred) Mottweiler; four grandchildren, Brayden Jones, Skyler Neff, Austin Neff, and Charles Henn; brother, Lloyd (Oneda) Pratt; sister, Linda (James) Cole; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death is his parents and niece, Lisa Pratt.
There will be a time of visitation for Terry from 10 a.m. until the time of service at noon Thursday, Aug. 16, at Woodland Church of God, 3401 S. Webster St., with Pastor Michael Alley officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Garden with full military rites to be performed by the United States Air Force and Local VFW 1152 Military Rites Team.
