Lorraine Davis, 69, Kokomo, passed away Saturday June 23, 2018. Lorraine was born April 7, 1949, to the late Faye (Harrison) Lemons and James Lemons Jr. She married Daniel R. Davis on Aug. 31, 1978, in Kokomo. He survives her.

Lorraine graduated from Kokomo High School, Class of 1967. She retired from Delco in 1999 after 30 years of service. She was the president of Lady's Auxiliary Ibn Saud Grotto in 2012. She liked to crochet, enjoyed reading, flowers and the outdoors. Lorraine loved to camp with her family and friends. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. Lorraine was a happy lady, always making others laugh and she will be missed by all who knew her.

Surviving Lorraine are her husband, Daniel; daughter, Heather Lynch (Kevin); four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were her parents; son, Rodney Terry; and brother, James Lemons III.

A celebration of life for Lorraine will take place at 1 p.m. Thursday, June 28, 2018 at Ellers Mortuary, Main Street Chapel, 725 S. Main St. Friends may gather from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Burial will follow the service, committing at Kokomo Memorial Park.
