Dr. Michael Timothy Lemons, 60, formerly of Kokomo, Indiana, passed away Saturday, Feb. 29, 2020, after a long battle with cancer. He was surrounded by his loving family during the last days of his life.

Mike was born in Charleston, South Carolina, May 7, 1959. He graduated from Haworth High School in 1977 and received his B.A. in biology from Indiana University at Kokomo. Mike received his doctorate degree from Life College.

He has since lived in Sugar Hill and Stockbridge, Georgia, for the past 30 years. Mike practiced chiropractic medicine for many years as well as ran his own business, Accurate Alarm.

He is survived by Charlotte Lemons; his three children, Tom Fausett (grandchildren Riley, Gavin and Griffin), Bradley Fausett, and Tayler Michael Lemons; his parents, Joe and Betty Lemons; his brother, Dr. Terry Lemons; and Michael's two stepchildren, Brett Grantham, Whitney Grantham Davis.

A viewing for family and friends will be noon to 2 p.m. at Ingram Funeral Home, 210 Ingram Ave., Cumming, Georgia, on March 7, 2020, immediately followed by his funeral service.
