Pat and I were stunned by the news of Denny's sudden departure. He was my roadie in the early 70s, helping me haul band equipment around Terre Haute and eastern Illinois, our best man when Pat and I got married, a story teller of his fox hunting days and generally just really good company. I wish so much that I had done a better job keeping up him (and Joy) over the years. My sincere condolences to Joy, all the family, and all touched by Denny over the years.
