Auburn Hills, MI - WILSON, Clara Emily "Emmy" (née Clifford) - Age 97, of Rochester Hills, MI, formerly of Kokomo, IN, passed away March 5, 2026. A 1947 graduate of Kokomo High and a 1951 DePauw graduate and Delta stewardess, Emmy married Robert Wilson in 1953. After his passing in 1995, she embraced a vibrant independence, volunteering at Bonnet House in FL and traveling widely. She was a 50-year P.E.O. member and a devoted Presbyterian. She moved to Michigan in 2020 to be closer to her family.

Preceded in death by husband, Robert; parents, Ralph and Isabel Clifford; sister, Constance; and grandson, Luke. Survived by sons: Rob (Betsy), Cliff (Adrienne), and Andy (Andrea); 7 grandchildren: Amy (Marc) Granger, Katie (John) Boone, Allison (TJ) Haskamp, Bryan (Jamie) Wilson, Nathan Wilson (Rebecca Shurhay), Grace, and Clara; and 8 great-grandchildren.

In a final act of generosity, Emmy donated her body to the University of Michigan Medical School. Memorial Service: November 27, 2026, at University Presbyterian Church, Rochester Hills. Kokomo interment to follow at a later date.
