Tanya Ziegler went home to her final rest Sunday, April 2, 2017.
Tanya served her country with pride in the U.S. Army, where she was a track vehicle mechanic. Stationed at Fort Irwin, California, she earned the Good Conduct, Marksmanship and the Army Service medals.
Tanya's quick wit and infectious laugh won the hearts of many. She was a "firecracker," always ready for a story or to share a hug. She was a kind, loving, and giving person. She will be sadly missed by those who knew the privilege of her friendship.
Tanya enjoyed bingo, gardening and sketching and "hanging out" with her friends.
She is survived by her mother, Shelia Frailey, California; brother, Joseph Burke; and two children, Amber and Amanda.
There was a private celebration of life at Jackson Street Commons, where she lived, with Chaplain Dennis Chapman officiating.
Tanya, we will miss you more than words can say and our hearts can contain.
