Mary Ann (Speros) Sizelove, 100, Kokomo, died at 1:55 a.m. Thursday, July 6, 2017 at Maple Park Village, Westfield. She was born Friday, March 23, 1917 in Anderson to the late Anna (Olender) Speros and Sam Speros. On Feb. 27, 1954 in Kokomo, she married Robert Dale Sizelove who preceded her in death. Mary was a seamstress and made parachutes for the Air Force. She then began a career working for a dress designer at Marshall Fields in Chicago, Illinois. Mary was a parishioner of St. Patrick Catholic Church, Kokomo and often attended St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church in Westfield with her family.
She is survived by daughter, Deborah (Sizelove) and Ernie Troski, Noblesvile; grandson, Nick and Susan Troski, Noblesville; granddaughter, Natalie Troski and Fiance' Kevin Ellis, Noblesville; nephew, Jim and Gail Taylor, Russiaville; and sister-in-law Betty Speros, Marshall, Illinois.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert Dale Sizelove; sister, Ester and Carl Taylor; sister, Alice and Orville Oakley; nephew, Daniel Oakley; and brother, Sam Speros.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Monday, July 10, 2017 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 1204 N. Armstrong. Father Kevin Haines will celebrate. Burial will follow in Kokomo Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday with a Rosary service at 4 p.m. at Ellers Mortuary Main Street Chapel, 725 S. Main St., Kokomo; also one hour prior to Mass on Monday.
