Mannie Ford Jr., 74, passed away Wednesday afternoon, April 12, 2017, at his home, surrounded by family. Mannie was born May 31, 1942, in Kokomo to Mannie Sr. and Parley Ford. He married Terry Gifford in Kokomo on May 5, 1961.
He retired from Chrysler after 31 years. Mannie was a self-made artist, enjoying oil painting. He also played golf and enjoyed crossword puzzles. Mannie and Terry never missed a Kokomo Wildcats game.
Mannie is survived by his wife, Terry; sons, Phil and Russell Ford; a sister, Rebecca (Lee) Reeves; grandchildren, Emily (Brad) Redding and Evan Ford; two great-grandchildren, Liam and Eliana Redding.
Mannie was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Larry and Glen Ford; and sister, Juanita Sutherin.
