Gerald "Dave" Call, 66, Galveston, passed away peacefully at his home early Thursday morning, March 2, 2017. He was born April 28, 1950 in Terre Haute to George F. Call and Pauline Rosalie Bessler. He married Marilyn Marohl on Feb. 5, 1980 in Monticello and she survives.
Dave retired from Chrysler Transmission in Kokomo with several years of service. He was a graduate of Wolcott High School and served his country in the U.S. Marines.
Surviving family include his wife, Marilyn Call, Galveston; his son, Joel and wife Shawna Call; and siblings, Robert Call, Carolyn Call, Patricia Conley, George Call Sr., Christopher Call and Nicki Bingman.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
Memorial contributions may be given to a local animal shelter in Dave's honor. In keeping with Dave's wishes, no services will be planed.
