Ed worked for Kinetic Concepts (KCI) for 16 years as their Regional Sales Manager and National Accounts Vice President leading his Midwest sales team to unprecedented success winning many awards and trips. He was a 1981 graduate of Northwestern High School and was inducted to their Hall of Fame for wrestling. He later graduated from Indiana University Kelly School of Business in Bloomington receiving a record nine job offers upon graduation. He was on the Varsity IU Wrestling team, member of Phi Delta Theta, and a huge fan of the entire athletic program. He was an active board member of IU's Athletic Association and played for the Kokomo Mustangs. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, traveling 44 of the 50 states and many countries with most in Thailand. His commanding voice and contagious laugh helped him as a football and baseball coach, providing many motivational speeches to his players and throughout his work career. Ed attended nearly 100 different colleges to participate in tailgating and his love of college football. Ed was a lifetime member of St. Joan of Arc Church.
Ed was a devoted husband and father. A man who had tremendous faith in our Lord, Jesus Christ, love for his family, and country. He now resides in heaven, walking the streets of gold. No more pain or tears, singing "Holy, Holy, Holy, is the Lord thy God." We are saddened by his passing but rejoice in his resurrection.
