Blair Nicole (Riggle) Sanders, 35, Galveston, passed away at 8:08 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2017, at IU Health University Hospital in Indianapolis, surrounded by family and friends. She was born May 29, 1982, in Howard County, the daughter of Russell A. Riggle and Linda M. (Blandford) Nunnally.
