Willa Mae (Collins) McDuffie Willa Mae (Collins) McDuffie, 86, Kokomo, Indiana, and Laurel, Mississippi, was called to her heavenly home on Jan. 3, 2019.
Funeral services and viewing will be Monday, Jan. 7, 2019, noon to 2 p.m. for visitation and 2 p.m. for the service at Jones and Son Funeral Home in Moselle, Mississippi. Brother Ray Lowe will officiate, with burial to follow in the Moselle Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
She was born July 27, 1932, in Hancock County, Tennessee, to the late Mack and Rebecca (Noe) Collins. She was a retired motel owner and homemaker. She will be lovingly remembered by her family and friends as one who always gave of herself. She was known for her kind heart, outgoing spirit, contagious smile, sweet voice and hard work. She was a former member of The Crossroads Church in Moselle.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel B. McDuffie; two sons, Marion Smith and Daniel R. McDuffie; three sisters and one brother.
She is survived by one daughter, Sonja McDuffie, of Kokomo, Indiana; two granddaughters, Amy Betts, of Fishers, Indiana, and Kori Frank, of Kokomo, Indiana; three great-grandsons, Zachary Betts, Jacob Betts, and Alexander Frank; and numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.

It's with sorrow that Lowell and I have read about Mae's passing. Way back in the day she was like a second mother to us. It's good to know that she had a full life. May she rest in eternal peace. Our sincere condolences.
