Viola Marsh, 87, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2018. Born Oct. 20, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Buford and Luella Tyler. She received her formal education from Kokomo public schools. On Aug. 10, 1951, she married Henry L. Marsh, who preceded her in death.
She dedicated her life to the Lord and joined Mount Pisgah M. B.C. After 30 years of employment at Delco Electronics, she retired to care for her mother. She was also a member of UAW Local 292, the American Legion Post 177 and the Lady's Auxiliary.
She is survived by sons, Richard Marsh, Kokomo, and Kirk Marsh, Westfield; daughter, Tracie L. Marsh, Kokomo; sister, Betty Duncan, Bridgeport, Conn.; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Services will be noon Monday, Feb. 26, 2018, at Mount Pisgah M.B.C., with calling from 10 a.m. until time of service. Entombment will be in Sunset Memory Garden. Arrangements were entrusted to Bluitt and Son Funeral Home, www.bluittandson.com.
