Troy K. Pell (aka Buff), 54, Kokomo, passed away at 8:10 a.m. Thursday, February 1, 2018, at his home. He was born April 4, 1963, in Peru, to Toby Pell and Joyce (Mughmaw) Fogle.
Troy graduated from Northwestern High School in 1981 and served in the United States Army from 1981 to 1985. He had worked for Indiana Packers, CFS in Rossville, Caterpillar in Lafayette and Brock Manufacturing in Frankfort. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and being outdoors.
Survivors include his daughter, Karlie F. Pell, Kokomo; son, Shane M. Pell and his fiancé, Eria Kline, Kokomo; grandchildren, Hailey, Darrian, Jordan, Aubreigh, Lennon, Chandler and Lainie; great-grandchildren, Zoey and Lainee; mother, Joyce Fogle, Kokomo; father, Toby Pell, New Palestine; sister, Shannon Staller, Russiaville; brothers, Travis Pell, Greendale, and Ty Pell, Dillsboro; fiancé, Evelyn Walker, Kokomo; and nephews and niece, Seth Staller, Sable Staller and Tanner Pell.
He was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Steve Staller.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, February 6, 2018, at Shirley & Stout Funeral Home & Crematory, 1315 W. Lincoln Rd., Kokomo, with Pastor Steve Allen officiating. Military honors will be provided by the United States Army and the Kokomo VFW Military Rites Team. Friends are invited to visit with the family from 5 to 7 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
