Robert L. Greene, 79, Kokomo, passed away at 6:26 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 1, 2018, at St. Vincent Kokomo. He was born March 5, 1938, in Howard County, to Daniel and Anna (Hauber) Greene. On Nov. 1, 1958, he married Patricia A. Hubbard, and she preceded him in death Nov. 17, 2011.
Robert graduated from Northwestern High School in 1956 and worked for Chrysler. He was an avid fisherman and bowler and loved family gatherings. He was a member of the Eagles 255 and Shiloh United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his son, Rick (Katrina) Greene, Mesa, Arizona; daughters, Teresa (Jim) TeRonde, Hartland, Wisconsin, Angela Greene, Willoughby, Ohio, and Pamela Greene, Crown Point; grandchildren, Nicholas Greene, Kyle Greene, Lennon TeRonde, Holden TeRonde and Amanda Greene; stepgrandchildren, Brian Godsil and Daniel Godsil; six great-grandchildren and one more due in June; brothers, Harley Greene and Larry Greene; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his wife, Patricia Greene, he was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Donnis Eades; and sister-in-law, Sue Greene.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 10, 2018, at Shiloh United Methodist Church, 5741 W. 100 North, Kokomo, with the Rev. Michael Goodspeed officiating. Burial will follow in Barnett Cemetery. Friends are invited to visit with the family from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the church.
