I'm so heartbroken and still think of him everyday. He was the best teacher I could ask for our new teacher or any other can't replace him.

So sad about Mike. It was always nice hearing his stories at school (LMS), hearing his laugh, and seeing his smile. I'm so glad to have seen him at the basketball game last Friday. Missy and Jacob, hugs for you both.

I worked a short time with Mike, and he was very passionate about his work, not to mention he was great at finding things positive about every person. I am very happy to have met and made a friendship with him. He will be missed.

I had several classes with him at IUK and considered him a great friend. I remember before he was going into student teaching we met up and talked over stuff. He was a great man that taught me a lot.

A dear, dear friend will be greatly missed! Missy and Jacob, words cannot express how heartbroken I am for you both. The world lost an amazing friend, teacher, and person Monday. Mike and I spent nearly every lunch break together during the time we worked at LMS. We were always bickering, venting, laughing and talking with each other about everything and anything.
