Linda Sue's Story
Linda Sue Thompson Finley, 61, formerly of Kokomo, peacefully passed away Thursday, Oct. 26, 2017, at Georgetown University Hospital, Washington, D.C., after a brief illness due to breast cancer.
She graduated from Kokomo High School in 1974. She was employed by Medstar Southern Maryland Hospital.
She was the wife of Charles Finley, loving daughter of Elex and Evelyn Berniece Thompson, and sister of Robert (WillieAnn) Thompson and Samuel (Lisa) Thompson.
She is also survived by nieces, Candace and Crystal Thompson, Felicia Brown and Taryn Carrington; brother-in-law, Craig (Sharon) Finley; nephew, Greg Carrington Jr.; and a host of great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Elex Thompson; sisters, Betty Wade and Elizabeth Ann Carrington; mother-in-law, Belva D. Finley; and father-in-law, Charles H. Finley.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 6, 2017, at Marshall-March Funeral Home, 4308 Suitland Road, Suitland, Maryland. Friends may visit with the family from 10 a.m. until time of service.
