Larry's Story

Larry L. Krise 79, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 24, 2017 at his home in Clarksville IN, after a long illness. He was born in Tipton county Indiana, to Davie E and Leora Ethel Krise (Carson) on February 2, 1938. He was married to Terrie (Hazeltin) Krise.
Larry graduated from Young American High School in 1956 an attended Franklin University. He had a career of over 40 years in the ink business. Larry started his career at Cuneo Press in Kokomo, IN. He also managed the Inmont ink plant in Warsaw IN, later becoming Flint Ink.
Larry was a short-term missionary with his church, Church On The Rock in New Albany, IN, traveling to several countries including Columbia and Ecuador. He was an active member and usher in his church. Larry was also a frequent beloved bible teacher at Victory Christian Center Church in Warsaw, IN.
Survivors include, his wife Terrie Krise, son Kelly (Joyce) Krise, daughter Karla (Luis) Quiroz, son Michael (Jessie) Krise, step-son Tom (Christina) Egan, and step-daughter Tami Egan. His sisters Sally Bowyer, Patricia (John) Irwin and Sonja (Bruce) Merrell. His grandchildren Jordan (Kristina) Quiroz, Carly (Bishop) James, Amanda (William) Winston, Jazman Robarge, Deven Harper and Quinton Egan. His great grandchildren, Isabela and Landon Quiroz, Kaylynn Robarge.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents David E. and Leora Ethel Krise, and great granddaughter, Thea Estelle Winston.
A private family memorial will be held in Warsaw IN. Stout & Son Funeral Home is assisting the family with the local arrangements.
