Kile W. Mullens, 45, passed away at 3:35 a.m. Friday, Feb. 9, 2018, at his residence, surrounded by family. He was born April 22, 1972, in Logansport, to Deborah Shinholt and Paul Mullens.
He graduated from Lewis Cass High school in 1990. He was a lifelong musician/lead singer for Einstein's Attic and Lot 39. He was also an avid golfer.
Survivors include mother, Debi Shinholt (Jim), Greentown, Indiana; father, Paul Mullens (Mary), Galveston, Indiana; the love of his life, Sherry Lillard, Greentown, Indiana; son, Andrew Mullens, Greentown, Indiana; brother, Curtis Neil Mullens (Cher), Onward, Indiana; stepbrothers, Dave Shanks (Michelle) Logansport, Indiana, Stephan Shinholt, Charlotte, North Carolina; maternal grandmother, Olive Gangloff, Greentown, Indiana; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death were maternal grandfather, Dutch Gangloff; paternal grandparents, Mark and Mattie Mullens; and one nephew.
There will be a celebration of life this spring.
