Eva Francine Minor, 95, Kokomo, passed away at 11:10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2017, at North Woods Village, Kokomo. She was born Aug. 23, 1922, in Kokomo, the daughter of the late Glen J. and Goldie (Bosum) Wilson.
Eva was a 1940 graduate of LaPorte High School. She retired from Haynes Stellite after 33 years of service. Eva was a member of Main Street Christian Church and enjoyed bowling and playing tennis.
Eva is survived by her son, Dave Minor, Montgomery, Indiana; grandchildren, Lisa (Barry) Holaday, Chris (Jeanne) Minor, Andy (Stephanie) Minor, Joe (Crystal) Minor, Jordan (Shelly) Minor and Kara (Jim) Larkin; great-grandchildren, Marissa Holaday, Olivia Holaday, Cammi Foreman, Ashli Minor, Halli Minor, Darcee Collins, Brooke Minor, Jacob Minor, Carli Minor, Zoey Minor, Jacqueline Minor, Kenneth (Aprille) Ostler and Shelby Pascoe; great-great-granddaughter, Adaleigh Foreman; brother, Glen (Rosie) Wilson; and daughter-in-law, Bonnie Minor.
Eva was preceded in death by her parents; son, Daniel J. Minor; brother, Delbert D. Wilson; and sisters, Dorothy Hagglund and Evelyn Fewell.
Funeral services will be at noon Monday, Dec. 4, 2017, at Shirley & Stout Funeral Home & Crematory, 1315 W. Lincoln Road, Kokomo, with the Rev. Father Bob Williams officiating. Entombment will follow in Sunset Memory Garden. Friends are invited to visit with the family from 10 a.m. to noon Monday at the funeral home.
