Caroline Sue Siler, 70, formerly of Pennsylvania, passed away at 8:05 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 22, 2018, at Waterford Place Health Campus. Born Jan. 17, 1948, in Kokomo, she was the daughter of the late Ralph Shuck and Louise (Smith) Shuck. On Jan. 17, 1968, in South Carolina, she married Jeffry Nelson Siler Sr. He preceded her in death Dec. 27, 2017.
She was employed with Walmart in Pennsylvania and Kokomo for 10 years. She enjoyed horseback riding and pottery. She was also a member of the Arabian Horse Association.
Survivors include three sons, Mark (Heather) Siler, George Siler and Jeffry (Diana) Siler Jr.; five brothers, Donald Lee, James Michael, John Paul, Tony, and Bill Shuck; four sisters, Linda Moore, Margie French, Doris Jean Johnston, and Joanna Lea. There are also grandchildren, Zachary Siler, Zain Ghanem, Zeke Siler, Noah Siler, and Logan Siler, and multiple nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and three brothers, Tom, Steve, and Ronald Shuck.
Celebration of life will be noon Saturday, March 10, 2018, at Ellers Mortuary, 3400 S. Webster St., Kokomo. Pastor Terry Russell will officiate. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at the mortuary.
